Every youth deserves a launchpad.

1.png

Just like astronauts preparing for space, young people need the right support, guidance and exposure as they prepare for the world of work. Join the crew that gets them there.

TAC is a registered charity and an Institution of Public Character (IPC), UEN 202104502M. Your donations are eligible for tax deductions

We help youths see what's possible.

We connect them with mentors, industry role models and first opportunities, so they can picture a future they want and take real steps towards it.

What your gift makes possible

Every gift fuels one or more of our three launchpads.

$50

Can spark a youth’s first real conversation with a volunteer professional - so they can start exploring what’s possible.

$200

Can connect a youth with a volunteer mentor - so they can turn early interest into an actual plan.

$500

Can train one volunteer mentor to guide youths through TAC’s programmes - so the youths they work with are ready to take off.

$1,000

Can power the behind-the-scenes work of every TAC career development programme, from onboarding and training new volunteers to deploying them - so every launchpad keeps running.
