Re-imagining the World of Work
Help youths discover purpose-driven careers that shape a better future

TAC is a registered charity and an Institution of Public Character (IPC) - UEN: 202104502M. Your donations are eligible for tax deductions.

Instead of asking youths “What do you want to be?”, we ask: “What kind of World do you imagine contributing to?”

Every career plays a vital role in building the future. A police officer contributes to a Safe World, a nurse to a Healthy World, a teacher to an Informed World, and so on. By connecting youths’ passions and talents to these broader contributions, we help them:

  • Discover careers beyond stereotypes and income.

  • See work as a meaningful contribution to society.

  • Build responsibility, motivation, and hope for the future.

  • Access guidance and mentorship, especially in underserved communities.

Your donation will help us expand this movement and reach more youths who need career inspiration and support. Together, we can empower the next generation to see their careers as more than jobs — but as ways to shape the world they want to live in.

Your Impact

Your contribution will help support:

  1. Career Exploration Initiatives: Programs and workshops that help youths discover various career paths and the meaning they can find in their work.

  2. Career Mentorship Opportunities: Pairing youths with role models who inspire and guide them toward meaningful careers.

  3. Tailored Support for Underserved Youths: Enhancing our capabilities to be able to create specialized resources, such as training to equip mentors, to guide the youths from disadvantaged backgrounds or with special needs.

Together, we can help these youths shape their future, one step at a time.
