PUBLICATIONS & RESOURCES

Knowledge from the field, made accessible

TAC Academy's publications and resources draw directly from TAC's research, programme experience, and the evidence base built through studies. We develop these resources so that practitioners, educators, and organisations beyond our direct programme partners can benefit from what we have learned.

All materials are developed and reviewed by the TAC Academy team. They are designed to be practically useful.

WorkWell Career Mentoring Guide

WorkWell Guide

The WorkWell Career Mentoring Guide is TAC Academy's first practitioner publication. Powered by the National Youth Fund (NYF), and developed from the ground up to support mentors, practitioners, and educators working with youths across all stages of the career journey, it brings together the evidence, frameworks, and practical tools that have shaped TAC's approach to youth career guidance since 2015.

Grounded in the WorkWell Framework and the findings of Project Mentor Up! – TAC's two-year research study involving approximately 1,600 youths and 200 working professionals – the Guide offers a structured, evidence-informed companion for anyone supporting a young person through the world of work.
