Our team is growing! We are looking for individuals passionate about contributing towards the social sector and youth development.

As a career development charity for youths, we at TAC believe that every youth should get the opportunity to build meaningful careers and have better well-being, at work and through work. Towards this vision, you will be working with a committed volunteer mentor pool to support youths in key aspects of their career development, including career discovery, career access and career preparedness. As part of our staff team, you will get the opportunity to make a real difference in empowering  youths from more challenging backgrounds, including those who are less academically-inclined, from lower-income households, and/or those who are neurodivergent.
